Well Thanksgiving is right around the corner and so much has been going on. We have hit the four month mark with flying colors, Parker is growing like a weed 15 lbs and almost 26in of perfect wrapped up in the cutest package. So far she has been to Chicago Il, she has been to the river. She has had successful overnight babysitting and has meet so many of our best friends. Everywhere we go all we hear is how good she is, and I wish we could say that was not the truth but you know what it IS!!! We had a great time at a BBQ that was held for our friend Chris who has come home from the army after serving more than four years. Thank you so much, we love you and are so happy that you came home!!

Our friend Lucy is a little over eleven months old so seven months older than Parker. Being around Lucy during my pregnancy was great for both Nick and I, we though Luck was the cutest little thing. The first time Nick and I saw the two of them together however, we realized how little Parker was in comparison. Last Night we went to visit our new friend Stella, not even one week old and we can not believe how quickly Parker has grown. We have so many pictures of her but no real way of showing how much bigger she really is. Parkers birth weight was 7lbs 10ounces, only four ounces more than Stella. How is this for scale.

Last month Parker had her picture taken at Sears, thank you Grandma Mayes. I think she looks pretty good don't you?

Parker, Nick and I went to Irvine Park on Halloween. We had a great time, because they were trying to get rid of them all the pumpkins were only five dollars!!! So each of us got one, Nick had to carry Parker's for her though. Only kidding. It was a beautiful day, we walked around and picked our pumpkins and then headed home to carve them. Mine was a pirate ship, Nick's was a vampire going after a neck, and Parker's pumpkin was a fatty batty. Parker helped me make some rice crispy treats, cookies, and toasted pumpkin seeds that we took over to Uncle Jeffys house for a little get together that evening. Parker did not have a costume but she did have a very festive Halloween outfit. We figure she can be what she wants next year. Pumpkin time is over, now its turkey time!!
